Aston martin DB 4, 5 & 6 Lightweight High Performance Aluminum Radiator.
This radiator has a highly efficient 70mm deep core. Giving over a 45% improvement in heat rejection when comparing to the original copper & brass units. It is a direct replacement with no alterations required.
It is made from aircraft grade aluminum, the tubes have a close 10mm pitch between them and the fin pitch is 16 fins per inch.
Finished in polished aluminium or powder coated Black. Please leave a note which option you would like.

From aircraft grade aluminum, Welding is carried out by coded TIG welders, quality procedures are in place before the unit is dispatched, as customer satisfaction is our main priority. Our water cores are vacuum braised in a controlled atmosphere to comply with IS09001 quality assurance standards.
The design and drawing team behind these products have 25 years’ experience in aluminium cooling products and have worked on projects from super car cooling packages in air, water and oil to radiator design for cooling in the vintage and fast road market place.
