Roose Motorsport Limited: Website Returns Policy

Returns information - General:

  • All returns must be sent back to us in undamaged and original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on goods returned in inadequate packaging where damage may have been caused in transit. We also can not accept the return of bespoke items that have been specifically made for you and are to your specification.
  • Before returning any items you must contact Roose Motorsport Limited and obtain an RMA (Return Materials Authorisation) reference number. This must be clearly displayed on the outside of the packaging when returned.
  • Return of goods is the responsibility of the purchaser and is at their expense.

Return of: Faulty or Damaged Goods:

  • Although all parts sold are covered by warranties concerning materials and/or manufacturing defect, incorrect fitting and improper use may have a detrimental affect on any subsequent warranty claims made.
  • In addition to this, no warranties can be implied or given for motorsport use - this includes Track Days, Sprint, Hill Climb and Racing.
  • Before any item bought from us can be considered for replacement under warranty, it must be returned to us for inspection, with its original receipt, and within the warranty period. Postage costs are not refundable.
  • Any goods returned must be clean and dry.

Return of: New items returned due to incorrect shipment

  • If we have sent you a part which is different to what is listed on your invoice we will be happy to make an exchange and pay your first class postage costs for returning the item, as long as the following terms are adhered to:
  • All our hoses are made with Roose Motorsport branding, any hoses ordered without Roose Motorsport branding are classed as SPECIAL ORDER hoses and are non-returnable.
  • Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Goods must be in original packaging, and saleable as new items.
  • Goods must not be fitted or used.
  • You will have to pay to return the goods, but we will refund these costs to you.
  • We can only refund the cost of 1st Class Royal Mail or Royal Mail Standard Parcels for larger items. These are both standard services at the Post Office and should arrive with us within a few days. The responsibility for the goods remains with the purchaser until they are received by Roose Motorsport Limited.
  • You may send goods back to us using a Priority or Guaranteed service but we can only refund the approximate 1st class or Standard Parcel Delivery postage cost.
  • Goods must be accompanied with either your original receipt, or a photocopy. Please make sure a current contact telephone number is displayed on the receipt, so we can get in touch if there are any problems.

Return of: New items returned due to incorrect order

  • If you have ordered the wrong item then we will be happy to make an exchange as long as the following terms are adhered to:
  • Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Goods must be in original packaging, and saleable as new items.
  • Goods must not be fitted or used.
  • You pay the costs of returning the goods.
  • Goods must be accompanied with either your original receipt, or a photocopy. Please make sure a current contact telephone number is displayed on the receipt, so we can get in touch if there are any problems.
