Products
Our mainstream products are constructed of 3 or 4 plies of fabric reinforced silicone according to operational temperature and application requirements.
- Polyester fabric reinforced hoses are used when the hose is to carry water or air where the temperatures are between -60 degree's C and +180 degree's C
- Nomex fabric reinforced hoses are used for turbo charges with a boost temperature range of -60 degree's C to +230 degree's C
- Flurosilicones are used to line the hoses to satisfy the increasing demands of enclosed breather systems
Our product range extends from simple straights and elbows to a full compliment of hoses for the car.
Testing
We regularly test our hoses on accelerated ageing test rigs to replicate long life vehicle duty.
